The city of North Miami Beach collaborated with a Miami-based salsa band to honor a month-long cultural celebration. For Hispanic Heritage Month, the city and her acquired TimbaLive to play at Julius Littman Performing Arts theater on the first day of Hispanic Heritage Month, Sept. 15.
